No stranger to Big Fish, the Bay Point Invitational is home to both the first and second place Florida State Record Blue Marlin. 2011 will also see the triumphant return of Weighed Blue Marlin and the addition of a Weighed Swordfish division. These two categories will add a whole new level of excitement to an already action-packed weigh in and the lucky angler bringing in the heaviest Blue Marlin will be crowned Tournament Champion. But let's not forget the 40/40 Shootout! Now in its third year, this popular "Tournament within a Tournament" will return virtually unchanged and takes center stage for Friday night weigh in. Fishing for Tuna, Wahoo and Dolphin, the 40/40 is open to all boats under 40' in length and is perfect for anglers who are new to competitive fishing.
