12/10/2009 -- "For the amount of money we spent I would have hoped for a home \
with better amenities. I have left a list of problems with the front desk \
upon departure. The formica countertop, although dated, were also \
torn and ripped. The sofas were dirty and need cleaning. There was \
other peoples trash under the cushions and furniture. The bathroom \
in the master suite down stairs needs cleaning and/remodeling.\

The location was what I was looking for a quiet piece of beach without \
any towers close by. The pool was well maintained. The outdoor \
furniture needs replacing. Not only did it not match, but some pieces \
were broken.\

I asked for a rebate.... I am still waiting. I will not be using \
ResortQuest in the future if this is the level of home you provide."
