Lodging Features: Unit 409 at Gulf Place Caribbean offers upscale earth tone furnishings with artful accents that will help set you on your way to a wonderful vacation. Beautiful wood flooring in the living space creates an elegant space anchored with a plush accent rug. Just through the double French doors is your private balcony with partial water view. The wrought iron and wood dinning room table seats four with two matching stools at the breakfast bar. The kitchen features light wood cabinets, white appliances, and all the necessary dishes and comforts of your home kitchen. Off the hall is the bonus bunk area perfect for the little ones. The master suite is in the front of the condo and features a classic wrought iron queen bed with inviting red bedding.
Resort Features: Gulf Place Caribbean in the Gulf Place Community is quiet and peaceful no high rises, traffic or congestion. You will enjoy the easy access to Destin and Panama City's many entertainment attractions such as Gulfarium, scuba diving, Big Kahuna's water park, dolphin cruises, fishing, go-cart tracks, miniature golf, numerous restaurants and the Silver Sands Outlet Mall.
Santa Rosa Beach is the perfect place to RELAX! As you pull into Gulf Place, you can feel the stress leave you, and a calming peace replaces it. The soft sugary white sand beach is located across the street, with three walk-overs for Gulf Place guests. The Gulf of Mexico is warm and welcoming and is Florida's version of the waters of the Caribbean.
Gulf Place has many shops and restaurants right at your fingertips. There is Miss Lucille's Coffee-Shop, The Smiling Fish Cafe, and Amore Pizzeria, where you can dine outside. Also, there is an Amphitheatre where there are concerts, and a large grassy area where the kids can play - don't forget to pack a frisbee! The bike paths are incredible as you can even ride to the world famous Seaside, which is just a short five mile ride. No need going through the trouble of loading your bikes...there is a bike rental shop in Gulf Place Community shops.
