Lodging Features: This simple two bedroom partial view vacation rental unit includes floor to ceiling patio doors from the living room with a large balcony that gives you a view of the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This delightful and charming style vacation rental unit other features include a fully equipped kitchen a full size refrigerator, stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and all dishes, pots and pans, and utensils needed to make your meals during your stay with us. This unit has 3 TV's, 3 DVD players and CD stereo system for your entertainment pleasure. Also provided in the unit is a full size washer and dryer. We do provide you with all towels and linens you will need during your stay with us. This unit is located on the third floor.
Resort Features: Gulf Place Caribbean in the Gulf Place Community is quiet and peaceful no high rises, traffic or congestion. You will enjoy the easy access to Destin and Panama City's many entertainment attractions such as Gulfarium, scuba diving, Big Kahuna's water park, dolphin cruises, fishing, go-cart tracks, miniature golf, numerous restaurants and the Silver Sands Outlet Mall.
Santa Rosa Beach is the perfect place to RELAX! As you pull into Gulf Place, you can feel the stress leave you, and a calming peace replaces it. The soft sugary white sand beach is located across the street, with three walk-overs for Gulf Place guests. The Gulf Of Mexico is warm and welcoming and is Florida's version of the waters of the Caribbean.
Gulf Place has many shops and restaurants right at your fingertips. There is Miss Lucille's Coffee-Shop, The Smiling Fish Cafe, and Amore Pizzeria, where you can dine outside. Also, there is an Amphitheatre where there are concerts, and a large grassy area where the kids can play - don't forget to pack a frisbee! The bike paths are incredible as you can even ride to the world famous Seaside, which is just a short five mile ride. No need going through the trouble of loading your bikes...there is a bike rental shop in Gulf Place Community shops.

07/19/2010 -- THE CONDO WAS CLEAN AND WELL FURNISHED. HOWEVER, SEVERAL DINING ROOM CHAIRS WERE WOBBLY AND UNSAFE FOR SEATING AND SEVERAL ELECTRIAL OUTLETS WERE LOOSE WHEN PLUGGED IN AND DID NOT WORK WELL. -- JOHN G.

12/09/2009 -- "This condo is a great little home. I chose it partly because of the nice coffee table and simple furnishings that are great for a small family. My son loves the bunk beds in the hallway, though there's plenty of room in the nice bedrooms. The balcony is large with a table you can eat at and lounge chairs for relaxing. The property is one of the best locations in Santa Rosa. Very family friendly, yet quiet and relaxing. Easy parking. Family concerts. Wooded walking trail. Shuffle board. very short walk across the street to the beach. We can't wait to go again."
