Lodging Features: This cozy and beach-like styled vacation rental getaway is located at the Gulf Place Caribbean; across the street from the beach in Santa Rosa Beach, Fl; features 1088sq ft of carpet flooring located in the living areas with the bathrooms and kitchen featuring tile flooring. Just take a walk through the living room to enjoy the incredible partial views of the beach off of the over-sized balcony. Other unique features included in the rental unit are: fresh and spacious countertops, full-size refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishes, dishwasher, pots, pans and utensils, so cooking any meal is expedient and easy. The spacious bar area has three bar stools and an updated round glass-top dining table that will accommodate a max of six people for any dining or game playing. Bring your CDs and make use of the on-the-house CD stereo player. Want to get out of the sun; turn on one of the three TVs or watch a movie by using one or all of the DVD players that are located in any living area. The owner has put new lighting in this unit. For your free entertainment a DVD kiosk machine is located at the check-in office and we invite you to rent a movie or more on us. For your convenience and benefit linens and towels are placed inside each unit before you arrive and full size washer and dryer is featured in each unit.

You will enjoy the easy access to Destin and Panama City's many entertainment attractions such as Gulfarium, scuba diving, Big Kahuna's water park, dolphin cruises, fishing, go-cart tracks, miniature golf, numerous restaurants and the Silver Sands Outlet Mall.
Santa Rosa Beach is the perfect place to RELAX! As you pull into Gulf Place, you can feel the stress leave you, and a calming peace replaces it. The soft sugary white sand beach is located across the street, with three walk-overs for Gulf Place guests. The Gulf Of Mexico is warm and welcoming and is Florida's version of the waters of the Caribbean. Gulf Place has many shops and restaurants right at your fingertips. There is Miss Lucille's Coffee-Shop, The Smiling Fish Cafe, and Amore Pizzeria, where you can dine outside. Also, there is an Amphitheatre where there are concerts, and a large grassy area where the kids can play - don't forget to pack a frisbee! The bike paths are incredible as you can even ride to the world famous Seaside, which is just a short five mile ride. No need going through the trouble of loading your bikes...there is a bike rental shop in Gulf Place Community shops.
